The products we sell are related to the Mobile Phone and PDA device industry. Our product selection will vary from time to time. If an item shows in stock, and your order becomes back ordered, we will notify you of this immediately and offer a refund or let you know of the wait time for your order to ship. This happens rarely and we try our hardest to make sure our website is up to date regarding stock levels and pricing, but sometimes errors do happen. We reserve the right to change prices and stock levels at anytime with prior notice to our customers.
Product pictures are for reference only and may not exactly describe the product being advertised. For the most part, all product photographs are properly displayed, however differences in color may happen from time to time due to image resolutions, customers monitor calibration, etc. We ask you to type into google, the model number of the item and click "images" to get a good idea as to what color your item will be when it arrives.
Your IP address is recorded during checkout to ensure no fraudulent activity takes place on our site. We reserve the right to hand your ip address to authorities to further investigate fraudulent activity if we deem there has been a fraudulent purchase on our system. Before we do this, we will contact the person at their billing address to avoid going to authorities.
