Of course you have questions, and smggsm has the answers you need to make your buying experience a positive one!

The following are a list of commonly asked question from our customers. Over time we add to this list so you the customer dont have to wait for answers that should be readily available to you at all times. Of course there still may be some questions left unanswered and for these questions, simply click the Live Help chat banner at the top right of our webpage or click on "Contact" in the top menu on this page and we will respond as soon as we can with the answers you need.

Q: Are all your Phone's, PDA devices and Accessories brand new?

A: Yes everything we sell on our website is brand new in retail packaging.

Q: Are all your Phone's and PDA devices unlocked from the factory?

A: All of the GSM mobile devices we sell are factory unlocked unless they are branded in which case they have been locked via 3rd party. Don't worry, Warranties will still cover these 3rd party unlocked phones.

Q: Will these Phone's and PDA devices work with my internet mms?

A: All our Phone's and PDA devices come factory unlocked and they are not manufactured to any particular carrier, so you will need to contact your provider for correct mms settings.

Q: Speaking of Warranties, do your products come with a warranty?

A: Some Phones and PDA Devices will come with 12 month warranties, while some other devices will not come with any warranties. We however will provide a basic 7 day warranty and we encourage you the customer to purchase additional coverage by selecting either a 2 or 4 year plan when viewing product details (located just under product price). Warranties we sell cover you for both Parts and Labor.

Q: What Warranties do you provide?

A: We provide Warranties to cover manufacturers defects and we also provide Warranties that cover manufacturers defects + misuse and abuse or accidental damage.

Q: What does your purchased Extended Warranties cover?

A: Extended Warranties cover defects due to manufacturing and worksmanship. They do not cover misuse or abuse. You can extend the warranty further to cover misuse or accidental abuse if you would like.

Q: How much is Shipping for your products?

A: Shipping varies from product to product. To verify your cost for shipping you will need to go through the checkout process so it can take your Country and generate a shipping cost for you.

Q: Where do you ship your products from?

A: We ship out from various warehouses located in USA, Denmark and Hong Kong. Depending on where you live and the availability of certain products, we try to ship from the closest possible warehouse to ensure to receive your item promptly.

Q: What Couriers do you use to ship your products?

A: We use both Fedex and UPS Couriers to ship all of our packages. From time to time, we may use USPS to ship within North America.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Again this varies by which shipping option you decide. We normally can ship within USA as fast as Overnight to a maximum of 6 business days, its your choice. Europe may take 2-4 business days and Canada can be anywhere from 2-4 business days. Again the choice is up to you how long you want to wait for your shipment to arrive.

Q: Why is the seal on my package broken?

A: We need to check items before shipping to ensure everything is packaged properly and the unit is tested before shipping. This avoids possible returns and shipping costs being incurred. We also need to include specific AC adapters for certain countries to make sure units can be charged in the Country to where it will be used.

Q: Do you do Wholesale orders?

A: Yes we do Wholesale orders. Simply click on "Contact" on the top menu and choose "Wholesale Inquiry" from the drop down menu. We will send a Wholesale price list to you.

Q: What is the MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity) for Wholesale orders?

A: The MOQ for Wholesale orders is 5 units. The more you order, the lower the shipping will be.

Q: Will i have to pay any fee's upon acceptance of my package from the Courier?

A: Depending on your Country, you may have to pay import duties and or taxes. In USA for example there are no duties and taxes charged to small shipments, while in Canada, residents are required to pay taxes on the item but no import duties on Mobile Phones and PDA devices.

Q: My package arrived and the box is damaged, what do i do?

A: We urge you to inspect the contents of the package to make sure everything is in order. If you find your product to be damaged, we ask you to refuse the package and have it returned back to us. When we receive it back, we will file a claim with the Courier and resend a replacement unit to you. If you discover the item to be damaged due to shipping within 24hrs of receiving the item, we urge you to contact the shipping company directly and report the damaged item.

Q: What payment methods do you currently accept?

A: We currently accept payments via PayPal which are secure. We are PayPal verified so you can be sure you are dealing with a reputable seller.
