4 Year Extended Warranty - This Warranty when purchased with a product warrants the product to be free of defects due to manufacturing and worksmanship for a period of 4 years starting 30 days from the time of original purchase.

Note: Products with defects due to manufacturing or worksmanship that are deemed defective by us will be covered by our 30 day return policy. Simply request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form, fill it out and return it to us. We will then send you an RMA number to include with your return shipment. If product is deemed defective by us, we will replace the product or refund the purhase price minus shipping if said product is no longer in stock or discontinued.

How to add a Warranty to your purchase

Simply click on any product store wide to view the details of that product. Scroll down near the price of the item and you will notice the CPS Warranty section. Choose either 2 or 4 year plans and the cost will be totalled at checkout.

How do I request a Return Merchandise Authorization form?

Go to our "Contact" page in the top menu and choose "Request a RMA form". Also supply your name and any additional details to help us process your request faster.
